this year was kinda,

surprising?

it wasn't the scenario,

where i would go over to my granny's place ALONE to represent my family.

this year,

we had our reunion dinner at crystal jade.

daddy drove us to Terminal 2.

and we had a hell of a time trying to find the restaurant.

went to granny's house in the afternoon,

ate and rot around,

went home for a while.

then went to another granny's house.

tuesday

went to aunty sharon's house.

she cooked prata, curry, spaghetti, and some others.

after that,

caught a movie with my family and xueqian.

daddy wanted to watch the jack neo show.

but it's NC16, and tingy is still 15 this year.

so tingy and mummy went to watch the fannwong show,

while daddy, xueqian and me went to watch the jack neo show.

our show started at 3.50.

theirs was 4.00

and we ended about the same time.

so funny.

the show was alright.

went home after that.

wednesday

had speech training in the morning.

we had to deliver a speech.

my topic was: polytechnic students should wear uniforms to school.

i disagreed with that statement.

hohoho.

i thought my speech was dumb,

but my friends said it makes sense.

oh well.

i said things like,

wouldn't it be weird to see 20000 people wearing the same thing as you in school?

and,

in polytechnics,

there are students who are 20, 25 or even 30 year old.

they would defintely feel awkward wearing the same thing as a 17yr old classmate.

i also said,

the lecturers will go mad,

trying to make us tuck in our uniforms and pull our socks.

and some others,

which i can't remember.

after that,

had visual arts lesson.

lavina showed us loads of videos from youtube during the lesson.

after that,

lunched with the girls at makan place.

went for global issues lesson,

but we waited for half an hour,

and the lecturer didn't come.

so we self declared lesson cancelled.

KE in the evening.

dinner with laopo at market,

we were craving for fried rice and chicken wings,

but the stall was not opened.

bused back and met xq and his friends at mac.

they were talking about alot of funny stuff.

i laughed alot.

he walked me home after that.

Thursday

attachment in the morning,

went down to school to submit assignment.

had lunch with laopo.

after that,

discussed for project a little,

and went to TP.

went into their computer lab,

xq and his friend were struggling with their microsoft access project.

so funny.

too bad i forgot how to do it.

or else i could help.

after that,

went to big bookshop to get my drawing paper,

bought durian smoothie and cheese fries.

the durian smoothie was damn damn nice.

slacked at void deck,

then i bused home,

while he went for cca.

chiong the visual arts drawing at home.

and went to sleep around 1am.

Friday

suppose to go for breakfast with xq in the morning.

but i wasn't feeling well.

didn't go to school.

had lunch and he went to school,

while i went to see doctor.

after that,

went for attachment with a very bad flu.

i think there were people burning incense,

and the whole place was filled with smoke.

after attchment,

went to buy the durian milkshake for daddy to try.

bumped into tingy on the way.

DAY 5

went to some chinese temple in the morning,

then went to the amusement park!

made new friends and played with them,

as my sister does not dare to sit scary ridesss

we were only given one and a half hour to play

anyway,

we sat this indoor thing,

that swings us aroung here and there.

super fun and exciting!

and we sat the UFO

it goes up to 85 metres,

and drops us all the way down.

it was damn fun!

plus many other rides,

like pirate ship and an indoor roller coaster.

that roller coaster was damn gay

2 person have to squeeze on a cart,

and it's like,

the person in front will be sitting in between the legs of the person behind.

and it's scary luh

after that,

had a 3 hour ride to some mountain top.

before reaching the top of the mountain,

we had to change to a smaller bus.

the road was too narrow and dangerous.

and it was freezing thereeeeee

oh,

we stayed at a resort

and i love the bed!

it's very comfortable and nice.

the guys went banging at my room door to get tingie and queenie to join us.

in the end,

so we were playing this game called KINGS

and the loser has to drink a cup of water plus black beans

girls and guys have different punishments.

it was freezing out there

the guys bought beer

so we sat out there and chat for a long time.

then we saw a vendor selling firecrackerssssss

and guess what?

we went to play!

super fun lah

it's like,

miniature fire works

obviously not as grand as the ones we see during countdown,

but fun enough to entertain ourselves!

that day,

we went shopping at taipei 101

after shopping,

went back to the hotel.

then it was free and easy.

the tour guide reccommended a few places to us.

so me, mummy, tingie, auntie shirley and queenie went shopping

after shopping for 2 hours,

selina and the guys came looking for me

they spent an hour looking for me lah!

and mummy told me to go out and hang out with them

so i went.

the initial plan was to go clubbing.

but it was a monday night

and none of the nightclubs are open

we settled in a lounge

seven of us shared a bottle of jack daniels and macallan




played finger guessing games and kept loosing

but i didn't get drunk despite drinking alot alot.

and i kept going to the toilet

but it was fun

slept for only 3 hours and woke up for breakfast
