argh

it's finally over.

after having sleepless nights of worrying for the worse,

it's over.

and the concert was a success.

Friday

xueqian came over in the morning.

after that,

we went to east point for lunch with tingy and jinmay.

after that,

they went to my house to help me with my concert deco.

left my place around 5.

jin may went home while xueqian and i went to meet charmaine jie jie and eric.

we were planning to go to mount faber.

took bus to punggol and trained to harbourfront.

bought old chang kee and roast chicked to eat!

yummy.

walked up mount faber.

the air there is cooling.

left the place around 11.

Saturday

was doing deco for the concert at home the whole day.

my new piano came.

unhappy things happen.

but it's okay now.

yesterday,

met tiff and had mac breakfast around 8am before going to school.

and i realised that i forgot to bring the decorations!

DAMN

we went to the LT after that.

jing xiang was there with the tuner already.
then jing xiang and tiff helped me to do more deco.

then,

we saw this terrible thing!

it's a,

creature!

it looks like a cockroach,

but it's longer.

and it has more than 10 legs!

and feelers and tail and whatever not!

i shall post the picture of that thing here next time!

thank God,

arun helped me to take the deco before coming to school.

rehearsal and rehearsal.

everything went well.

charmaine jie jie was hungry,

so she went abit mad.

and she starting running up the grass

HAHA

faith bought lunch for us.

chicken rice.

after that,

arun and i went to look for dion,

cos he was lost.

brought them both to the LT.

changed and had the final full dress rehearsal.

after that,

settled the ticketing.

mummy and tingie don't know how to come to my school.

so xueqian brought them there.

and he bought me a very pretty rose and balloon.

super touched.

they encouraged me,

as i was damn nervous!

super nervous

i wasn't afraid of my song.

but i was worried about the flow of the concert.

saw joleen, chantel, qi hui and robyn too.

they came down to support!

they bought flowers for me too.

my aunt and her sisters came down to support charmaine jie jie and i.

so nice of them.

they hugged and kissed me to give me encouragement too.

jinmay, xiangyu and hadi were late.

thus,

i didn't get to see them before the concert.

after that,

faith introduced me to the principal.

it was very stressful to talk to him!

after that,

went in and started the concert.

arun, dion and me were hiding behind the curtains throughout.

while zhuang ying was the stage manager.

i guess everyone was nervous.

thus,

they made mistakes which they have never made before.

oh well,

but it still went out fine.

when it was qin yuan's turn,

nikos played the "who wants to be a millionaire" song.

it was a gimmick luh.

and it sort of entertained the audience to a certain extent,

i guess.

while hiding behind the curtains,

arun and dion were damn funny lah.

they kept arguing.

for the last song before the interval,

i helped charmaine jie jie and tiffany to flip page.

after that,

interval.

i helped charmaine jie jie and tiffany to flip page again.

and the audience laugh at me when i come out holding the book lah!

so pai seh.

oh well.

after that,

minute waltz with wei han.

was quite okay.

hahaha

one of the best that we have played compared to rehearsals.

after that,

played sleepers wake with weihan again.

after the song,

we pretended to fall asleep.

LOL

everything ran smoothly.

after that,

i played unfaithful while charmaine jie jie sang.

for the first time,

i didn't make any mistakes while playing that song.

charmaine jie jie's singing is awesome lah!

after playing the song,

i have to run from backstage to deliver a speech as the president of the club.

i was damn nervous.

and i said the wrong thing.

but,

argh.

i guess it okay?

presented gifts to the emcee and charmaine jie jie on stage.

then ran from backstage again to play the finale piece which was a quartet.

after playing the quartet,

xueqian came on stage to give me the balloon and rose.

aww.

damn touched lah.

at the end of the concert,

they played ponyo.

cute and entertaining luh.

hahaha
